Winter planters are low maintenance and require little care! I always recommend to water during chinooks and warmer days but otherwise the ingredients are very hardy and are meant to dry over time.

In my experience the longevity of your planters is determined by your sun exposure! If you have a hot, full sun entrance we would modify the types of greens used so there is little to no browning. I have had clients enjoy their planters well into March!

Installing winter planters is weather dependant, temperatures must be cold enough so that the greens freeze. The third week of November tends to be the starting time for planter installs but I will be in touch regarding your install date!
